A bight, happy pale ale. Dry hopped, smooth and session-able. Aromas of Strawberry, melon and sunshine make this beer a great companion on Bluebird Days.

This scenic route inspired a combination of El Dorado and Belma hops that dance on the palate, delight the senses from aroma to finish and take you to a place of taste reminiscent of Falling Waters...awe-mazing

Summer Brew, is a light Pilsner Ale. We use Pilsner Malt and Sazz Hops in this beer. This is a light, crisp, beer that is prefect for summer.
Pig's Ear Brown Ale is our flagship beer. Medium bodied with a balance of roasted and crystal malts make for low hop bitterness and a slightly sweet, nutty finish.
A combination of Galaxy, Green Bullet and Idaho 7 create hop complexity and aromas that transport you to the fresh pine of NH's White Mountains!
4000 Footer IPA is a big American India Pale Ale. This IPA has four hop additions that help give this beer it big, powerful hop aroma and flavor. We use Chinook, Amarillo, Columbus and we dry hop this beer with Goldings. 4000'ER IPA, is named after New Hampshire's numerous mountains that are over 4000 feet. This is Woodstock Brewery's newest creation.
This is a limited year round beer.
Amber in color with slight caramel sweetness. Medium hop bitterness. Malty up front with a nice hop/ malt balance.
Straw in color with low hop character and bitterness. A light dry finishing beer. A summer favorite on those hot days.

Join us for one of our famous Brew Tours! Once daily at 12 noon (and Saturday’s at 4pm, through Columbus Day) we take you for an educational journey through one of our two onsite breweries. Learn about the history of the Woodstock Inn Brewery from a small 7 Barrel Brewery in the mid-nineties to a regional brewery with sales spanning New England. Our brewer will explain the ingredients and process by which we craft our delicious ales, and answer any pressing beer related questions (or give up some local secrets). Finish off with 5 selected samples from the brewery.
